historyInnovative Software Strategies, Inc. or ISS was established in 1993 by Amy Lenz. ISS has been located in Battle Creek since 1994 and has an office in the Historical Sullivan Dairy Barn at the confluence of the Battle Creek and Kalamazoo rivers. ISS began by providing network support and application development for Post Cereals. Over the years we have remained focused in these areas but have increased the breadth and depth of services we offer. We distinguish ourselves from our competitors by concentrating on the best interests of the customer and operating with integrity and honesty. We have earned a reputation for providing solid business solutions combined with excellent customer service. Excellent customer relationships have led to an increase in customer base. ISS's customers range from large corporate customers including Kraft Foods, Eaton Corporation, and Gerber Foods to small businesses such as Crooks Plumbing, Jessup Group and Schweitzer Construction. As a technology company we have faced diversity in 2000 when the DOT COM bubble burst and again in 2003 when Michigan's economy took a beating. We have persevered while many technology companies in this field and region have failed. This was accomplished through reasonable rates, outstanding quality and hard work.
